Fell 0.1% and has fallen for three months. Furthermore, the value of non-residential building rose 3.4% and has risen for five months.

The seasonally adjusted estimate of the value of total building. Approved rose 2.2% in June and has risen for three months. Additionally, the value of residential building rose 5.5% following a fall of 1.3% in the previous month. The value of non-residential building fell 2.6% after rising for two months.
