ABS building approvals figures release

The trend estimate for total dwellings approved rose 0.1% in June after falling for three months.

The seasonally adjusted estimate for total dwellings. Approved rose 10.9% in June. Following a fall of 5.4% in the previous month.

PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES

The trend estimate for private sector houses approved. Rose 0.8% in June and has risen for four months.

The seasonally adjusted estimate for private sector houses. Moreover, Rose 3.4% in June and has risen for three months.

PRIVATE SECTOR DWELLINGS EXCLUDING HOUSES

The trend estimate for private sector dwellings. Additionally, excluding houses fell 0.7% in June and has fallen for four months.

The seasonally adjusted estimate for private sector. Dwellings excluding houses rose 20.0% in June. Following a fall of 12.4% in the previous month.

VALUE OF BUILDING APPROVED

The trend estimate of the value of total building. Futhermore, approved rose 1.3% in June and has risen for five months. Addionally, the value of residential building. Fell 0.1% and has fallen for three months. Furthermore, the value of non-residential building rose 3.4% and has risen for five months.

The seasonally adjusted estimate of the value of total building. Approved rose 2.2% in June and has risen for three months. Additionally, the value of residential building rose 5.5% following a fall of 1.3% in the previous month. The value of non-residential building fell 2.6% after rising for two months.
