Doing the Math on the Numbers?
Sales is a numbers game.
The greater you can cast your net, the more you are able to catch. We are helping you cast a large net so you can build your pipeline of prospects to convert into leads then sales.
Here is the math using the 10% rule. 1,000 prospects convert to 100 leads of which 10% convert to listings giving you 10 listings.
Each listing average selling price is $650,000 with an average commission rate of 2%. One sale delivers 13,000 in commission. Multiply that by 10 is 130,000 over 12 months.
