Throughout the first half of 2022, we've had some incredible guests who have shared even more incredible strategies, and today I'm going to challenge you to start putting what you've learned into action!
I have compiled a list of the 13 most effective strategies that we have discussed previously. These strategies fall into three categories: lead generation, conversion tools and skills, and mindset and health.
This is how it's going to play out: I am going to provide you with a list of some of the most effective strategies that we have discussed (complete with links where you can learn more). You only have to figure out what it is that you want most and work toward making that happen.
Therefore, it doesn't matter what part of your company could use some improvement; I'm confident that you'll find something in this article that speaks to you.
When you are going through these, you are going to see a lot of hyperlinks to different pages. However, my advice is to read through the entire blog first, and only then return to the link that you were looking for. I don't want you to overlook any fleeting epiphany or realization that you might have. With that out of the way, let's get right down to it...
Generation Of Leads
Email is often disregarded, despite the fact that it is still likely the most effective form of digital marketing... provided that it is executed effectively. A powerful strategy that one of our coaching clients, Matt Curtis, employs to bring in 45 directly attributable leads each and every month was recently broken down by Matt. You are welcome to look it over at this very location.
Answers To Common Questions About Social Media
Property transactions are notoriously difficult. As the educator, it is your responsibility to condense and simplify this information in such a way that it can be understood by anyone, and that they feel confident working with you as a result. With the release of our brand-new guide, Social Media Simplified: The Real Estate Agent's Guide to Dominating on Social, we have made it more convenient than ever before to put into action. Get it now from the link below!
A Podcast Show Hosted On YouTube
There are times when a longer form is preferable. Consider the case of Jeremy Knight as an illustration. Commenting on the news became Jeremy's specialty after he looked for one. After positioning himself in front of a green screen with the article superimposed behind him, he goes through the information and either clarifies it, adds to it, or gives his opinion about it. You won't want to miss out on this episode of This Week in Marketing to get more information on Jeremy's method.
You might remember Rockstar agent Michael Field's one-sentence mailer with a QR code that allowed people to check the value of their homes if you were at BluePrint. In the first hour after sending out the first 3,000, he received 54 responses and two listing appointments. This was all within the first hour. It could be advantageous to give it a try.
Everyone is interested in finding out how much their house is worth, but you have a lot more to offer than that. This is exemplified wonderfully by one of the featured agents we have here at Summit. Alexandra Rojas composes a private but incredibly brief and straightforward email in which she compares and contrasts two distinct assessments. The meeting of the two parties face to face is of the utmost importance. This is one of the most powerful methods for generating referrals, and at Summit, you'll have the opportunity to see the precise email format that Alexandra uses.
Tools And Abilities For Conversion
Prepare Some Case Studies In Advance
It's possible that selling a house will appear simple to some people. It is not sufficient to merely tell them what you do in the course of a listing presentation; sometimes you need help to SHOW them what you do. Do you have a home that you were able to sell for more than the current market value by putting in a lot of effort and using creative strategies? Create a case study and make sure it is readily available for them to view. The keynote speaker at the summit, Jeff Mays, has a fantastic method for doing this.
A Guide For First-Time Home Buyers
It is helpful to stay in people's minds on a consistent basis if you want to convince them to work with you. And if you want to make the most of your sales, you should consider letting your materials do the selling for you. Oriana Shae utilizes a gorgeously printed buyer's guide, which she distributes to her clients during their consultations. If you watch this episode, you'll understand why these guides more than cover the costs associated with printing them.
Find A Person To Play The Role You Want
I know. Everyone agrees that playing a role is boring. However, the only way to truly perfect something is through repeated practice. When it comes to flawless... Just in the previous year, Carolyn Young participated in 200 listing presentations and was successful in closing the deal on almost all of them. You will have the opportunity to view her entire listing presentation in its entirety at Summit, from beginning to end. This will include all 70 of her signature slides, and she will also address some challenging objection questions. Watching this episode will provide you with an opportunity to observe proper role-playing and give you a glimpse into her presentation.
Make Sure That Your Scripts Are Written Perfectly
This is a perfect example of role-playing in action. Phil Jones, who was a keynote speaker at the Summit (I know, but it's impossible not to keep mentioning him), authored a book titled "Exactly What to Say," in which he details... exactly what to say! There is an entire science behind it, complete with principles that can be applied in any conversation you have. Have a read through this right here to hear my conversation and role-play with Phil.
Both Physical And Mental
If you want to have the energy to continue doing what you've already been doing as well as implement two new strategies, you need to be taking care of both your body and your mind. If you don't, you won't be able to do either. Pick one of these suggestions to begin gradually establishing new routines for yourself.
A Gratitude Journal
Because feeling grateful makes it physically impossible to feel down, gratitude has been called "the most transformative mode of thinking we are capable of." Because of this, it is an essential part of my morning routine, and you can learn more about it by clicking on this link.
A Regular Practice Of Meditation
These days, the practice of meditation isn't seen as some esoteric, quasi-religious concept. The benefits have been demonstrated to be extraordinary, and attaining them is not difficult at all. It's possible that this one routine will clear out enough space in your head for the other few that you're going to put into practice. Here is a list of some of our favorite meditation apps, in case you need some assistance getting started with it.
Make Some Changes To Your Diet!
It's highly likely that you've already heard me talk about my MEDS. You should definitely meditate, get plenty of exercises, and get plenty of sleep, but if you can only change one thing at a time, you should think about changing your diet. To begin, it is the only one that you could delegate to another person to complete for you. You could try signing up for a meal delivery service or paying someone else to make your lunches for the week. After you make changes to your diet to make it healthier, you will find that you have a greater desire to exercise and that your sleep will become more restorative on its own.
Every Night, Read A Book To Yourself
And I'm not necessarily referring to a book about running a business. You're probably familiar with the proverb that asserts "not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers." There is an obvious explanation for this. It's a much better way to unwind than sitting in front of the television or having a drink. Your imagination will be sparked, and your capacity for empathy will be strengthened. Grab a work of fiction or something that's focused on a subject that interests you. Reading is never a bad idea, especially when it comes to improving your mindset. You should definitely pick up a copy of "Dominant Thoughts," which is written by a friend of mine named Chris Heller.
Doing More Begins With Doing More Right Now
After going through all of them, were there any particular choices that made you think to yourself, "This is what I've been missing all along?" I was wondering if there was anything that you could use to fill in one of the blanks in your playbook.
I'll keep saying it… You need to be doing more right now if you want to compete in today's market, which is constantly shifting.
Attending the Success Summit in Dallas on August 23-25 is an absolute requirement if you want to take advantage of the "ready-made" strategies described above, which will be provided to you to put into action. Every person who registers for the Summit will receive 15 "Lead Generation Playbooks" written by top agents that are all set to be "ripped off and duplicated." Do not pass up the opportunity to gain knowledge from some of the most accomplished people in the industry.
Choose something from one of these lists to work on while you wait, and get started formulating a strategy. Contact me through one of my social media accounts to let me know which one you'll be doing.
