I maintain a high passion for the real estate industry and continually strive to achieve excellent results. Our clientele love our personalised style, and I always aim for the best market price while having honesty and integrity throughout all facets of my business. With over 28 years of real estate experience involving all aspects of the industry including sales and marketing, development site sales to well over $4.5 million, land sales, stock and station, property management, strata management, commercial management, working with a registered Valuer, rent roll growth to name some! After working for the larger franchises for many years I saw a necessity to really individualise a client’s needs and started Walton Property in February 2009 and have enjoyed the journey to current day. Our office has grown to a staff of 6 and a new premises in Kurmond! All of our team function under the same ideology; that is to care for each property and its transaction, as if they are our own, for both sales and property management clients. A follow on from this is the business has been built on recommendations!
I have enjoyed building, living and bringing up my family in the beautiful Hawkesbury of which I call home and I believe I am a highly skilled representative with a proven past performance of achieving excellent sales results, utilising a broad and extensive client database including large rural connections enabling me to cross connect my love of horses and cattle with the specialised knowledge of the sale of acreage properties and to listen to clients, be active and do the very best for them. Vendors can always count on me to nurture and create confidence in their biggest asset being handled in the best manner possible to create an excellent outcome rather than just a turnover game. Some of the most rewarding results have been the referrals given to me from happy clients to empower me to provide the same service to their friends and family.
