Bobby had an exclusive agreement to sell my place off market for a few days. He had two qualified buyers ready to view the property. One party put in an offer quickly and after some strong negotiations got me the price I wanted. I would recommend Bobby as an Agent for the Chatswood Area. He knows quality property when he sees it and had a good database of purchasers ready to buy. It was a quick and easy process.
